Further to the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2009 released on March 1st 2010, the Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. – in line with the recommendations of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority – hereby supplements the information presented in Section 25 of the report (i.e. Report on the Operations of the Inter Cars Group) in the following way:
I. Section 25 “Related-Party Transactions” (p. 25) is supplemented to include the following sentence:
All related-party transactions entered into by the Issuer and its subsidiary undertakings are concluded at arm’s length.
The rest of the report remains unchanged.
