The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. hereby reports that on February 5th 2010 it received a notification of a disposal of Company shares by one of the members of the Supervisory Board. Below is the full text of the notification:
"In fulfilling the obligation under Art. 160.1.1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of July 29th, 2005 (Dz. U. of 2005, No. 183, item 1538), as a Member of the Supervisory Board, I hereby give notice that on February 2nd, 2010 I sold, by way of a block transaction, 25,000 (in words: twenty five thousand) shares of Inter Cars S.A. at a price of PLN 79.10 (in words: seventy nien zlotys 10/100) per share. The total value of the transaction was PLN 1,977,500.00 (in words: one million nine hundred seventy seven thousand five hundred zlotys 500.00/100)".
