The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. hereby reports that on January 27th 2010 it received a notification of a disposal of Company shares by one of the members of the Supervisory Board. Below is the full text of the notification:
"In fulfilling the obligation under Art. 160.1.1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of July 29th, 2005 (Dz. U. of 2005, No. 183, item 1538), as a Member of the Supervisory Board, I hereby give notice that on January 26th, 2010 I sold, by way of a block transaction, 20,000 (in words: twenty thousand) shares of Inter Cars S.A. at a price of PLN 78.00 (in words: seventy eight zlotys 00/100) per share. The total value of the transaction was PLN 1,560,000.00 (in words: one million five hundred sixty thousand zlotys 00/100)".
