The Management Board of Cars S.A. hereby reports that on January 19th 2010 it received a notification of a disposal of Company shares by one of the members of the Supervisory Board. Below is the full text of the notification:
"In fulfilling the obligation under Art. 160.1.1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of July 29th, 2005 (Dz. U. of 2005, No. 183, item 1538), as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, I hereby give notice that on January 13th, 2010 I sold, by way of a block transaction, 30,000 (in words: thirty thousand) shares of Inter Cars S.A. at a price of PLN 79.50 (in words: seventy nine zlotys 50/100) per share. The total value of the transaction was PLN 2,385,000.00 (in words: two million three hundred eighty five thousand zlotys 00/100).
Following the transaction, I currently hold 1,502,370 (in words: one million five hundred and two thousand three hundred seventy) ordinary bearer shares in Inter Cars S.A."
