The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (the “Company”) announces that the Company has been notified today by a member of its Management Board of the sale of 5,000 Company shares at PLN 240.02 per share in a transaction made on December 29th 2015 during a trading session on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
