The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. hereby reports that it received today a notification of acquisition of Company shares by a newly appointed Management Board Member. Below is the full text of the notification:
“In fulfilling the obligation under Art. 160.1.1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of July 29th 2005 (Dz.U. of 2005, No. 183, item 1538), as a Member of the Management Board I hereby give notice that on September 6th 2012 I acquired 1,000 (one thousand) shares of Inter Cars S.A. at an average price of PLN 93.97 (ninety-three złoty, 97/100) per share. The total value of the transaction was PLN 93,970 (ninety-three thousand, nine hundred and seventy złoty).
Following the transaction, I currently hold 1,000 (one thousand) ordinary bearer shares of Inter Cars S.A.”
