The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on December 10th 2015 the Company was notified by a member of its Management Board of the sale of 5,000 Company shares at PLN 244 per share in a transaction made on December 8th 2015 during a trading session on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
