The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. ("the Company") announces that on February 6th 2014 the Company was notified by a member of its Management Board of the sale of 10,000 (ten thousand) Company shares for PLN 200.50 (two hundred złoty, fifty grosz) per share, in an OTC block transaction made on February 4th 2014. The total value of the transaction was PLN 2,005,000.00 (two million and five thousand złoty).
