Acting pursuant to Par. 103.2 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz.U. of 2009, No. 33, item 259), the Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. hereby reports that a new date has been set for the publication of the report for the third quarter of 2011, whose publication date had been previously set at November 14th 2011, as per the correction made by way of Current Report No. 2/2011/K of March 24th 2011.
The new date for the publication of the Q3 2011 report will be November 9th 2011.
