The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. hereby reports that it received today a notification of disposal of the Company shares by one of the members of the Supervisory Board. Below is the full text of the notification:
In fulfilling the obligation under Art. 160.1.1 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of July 29th 2005 (Dz. U. of 2005, No. 183, item 1538), as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board I hereby give notice that on October 6th 2011 I sold, by way of an off-session block transaction, 40,000 (forty thousand) shares of Inter Cars S.A. at a price of PLN 79.00 (seventy nine złoty 00/100) per share. The total value of the transaction was PLN 3,160,000.00 (three million, one hundred and sixty thousand złoty).
Following the transaction, I currently hold 1,462,370 (one million, four hundred and sixty-two thousand, three hundred and seventy) ordinary bearer shares in Inter Cars S.A.
