In performance of the obligation stipulated in Par. 103.2 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation on current and periodic reports to be published by issuers of seciuritess and conditons for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated Febuary 19th 2009 (Dz.U. of 2009, No. 33 item 259), the Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. hereby reprts that the date of publication of the semiannual report for the first six monts of 2010, orginally set for August 31 st 2010 (see Current Report 2/2010 of January 14th 2010), has been changed. The new publication date is August 16th 2010.
