The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on October 30th 2014 the Company was notified by a member of its Management Board of the sale of 5,000 Company shares at PLN 204 per share in an OTC block transaction made on October 24th 2014 on the regulated market operated by the WSE.
