The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (the Borrower) hereby reports that on July 21st 2011 an annex was signed to the Syndicated Credit Facility Agreement, which was reported by the Company in Current Report No. 29/2009 of July 30th 2009 and Current Report No. 37/2010 of November 30th 2010.
Under the annex, the Lenders have committed to increase the amount available under overdraft credit facility (the "B" portion of the credit facility) by PLN 50m, up to a total of PLN 480m, and the Borrower has renewed the existing security instruments. The other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
