The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces the planned issue dates its periodic reports in 2015:
- March 2nd 2015 – Q4 2014 quarterly report,
- April 30th 2015 – 2014 annual report,
- May 15th 2015 – Q1 2015 quarterly report,
- August 31st 2015 – H1 2015 half-yearly report,
- November 16th 2015 – Q3 2015 quarterly report.
Further, in accordance with Par. 83.1 and 83.3 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (the “Regulation”), the Company's Management Board announces that the consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated half-yearly report will also include quarterly separate financial information and half-yearly condensed separate financial statements, respectively. The annual report will be prepared and issued in both separate and consolidated form. In accordance with Par. 101.2 of the Regulation, the Company will not prepare a Q2 2015 quarterly report.
