Acting pursuant to Par. 103.1 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz.U. of February 28th 2009 No. 33, item 259, as amended) (the "Regulation"), the Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (the "Company") announces the release dates for the Company's periodic reports in 2014:
Quarterly reports (QSr):
- Q4 2013 - February 28th 2014;
- Q1 2014 - May 15th 2014;
- Q3 2014 - November 14th 2014.
Semi-annual report for H1 2014 (PSr):
- H1 2014 - August 29th 2014
Annual reports for 2013:
- separate annual report for 2013 (R) – April 30th 2014;
- consolidated annual report for 2013 (RS) – April 30th 2014
The Management Board also announces that no quarterly report for Q2 2014 will be published, as permitted under Par. 102.2 of the Regulation.
