Acting pursuant to Par. 103.1 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz.U. of February 28th 2009 No. 33, item 259, as amended) (the "Regulation"), the Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (the "Company") hereby presents the release dates for the Company's periodic reports in 2012:
Quarterly reports (QSr):
- Q4 2011 - February 29th 2012;
- Q1 2012 - May 15th 2012;
- Q3 2012 - November 14th 2012.
Semi-annual report for H1 2012 (PSr):
- H1 2012 - August 31st 2012.
Annual reports for 2011:
- separate annual report for 2011 (R) - April 30th 2012;
- consolidated annual report for 2011 (RS) - April 30th 2012.
The Management Board further reports that no quarterly report for Q2 2011 will be published, as permitted under Par. 102.2 of the Regulation.
