Acting pursuant to Par. 103.1 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz.U. of February 28th 2009 No. 33, item 259, as amended) (the "Regulation"), the Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. Semi-annual report for H1 2011 (PSr):

Annual reports for 2010:
- separate annual report for 2010 (R) - April 29th 2011;
- consolidated annual report for 2010 (RS) - April 29th 2011
The Management Board further reports that no quarterly report for Q2 2011 will be published, as permitted under Par. 102.2 of the Regulation.
