The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that Piotr Płoszajski, Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, passed away on 2 September 2024. Accordingly, his mandate as Member of the Supervisory Board expired on the same date.
Mr. Płoszajski served on the Company’s Supervisory Board since 10 June 2010.
