Text of the report

The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on July 15th 2015 it received a letter from Mr Maciej Oleksowicz, a member of the Supervisory Board, regarding his resignation from the Company’s Supervisory Board, effective from September 15th 2015. 

 

The Management Board further reports that as the reason for his resignation Mr Maciej Oleksowicz cited his professional career, including his plans to actively engage in the management of Inter Cars S.A. and the Inter Cars Group, particularly in the area of new technologies and IT.

 

Legal basis:

Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies, in conjunction with Section 5.1.21 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009.
