Acting pursuant to Par. 5.1.21 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz.U. of 2009 No. 33, item 259), the Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. reports that today Mr Wojciech Milewski submitted a written statement to the Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board to the effect that he resigns from his position as Member of the Inter Cars Management Board, with effect from June 30th 2013.
Mr Wojciech Milewski serves as Business Development Director and is in charge of the Inter Cars Group's logistics operations.
As the reason for his resignation, Mr Wojciech Milewski cited the intention to continue his professional career at ABB, a leader in the power and automation technology industry.
