Acting pursuant to Par. 5.1.19 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz.U. of 2009, No. 33, item 259), the Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. hereby reports that the Company's Supervisory Board, acting pursuant to Par. 14.2.3) of the Company's Articles of Association, appointed, under a resolution of May 10th 2012, KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. Sp. komandytowa, with registered office at ul. Chłodna 51, Warsaw, Poland, entered in the list of qualified auditors of financial statements maintained by the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors under Reg. No. 3546, as the auditor of the Company's financial statements for the financial year 2012 and for H1 2012.
The Company had previously engaged KPMG Audyt sp. z o.o. sp. komandytowa to audit its financial statements for 2011.
Furthermore, in the same resolution, the Supervisory Board obliged the Management Board to execute a relevant agreement between the parties for the period necessary to perform the audit.
