The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (“Company”) announces that on April 10th 2017 the Company received a statement from Mr Robert Kierzek, President of the Company's Management Board, who continues to hold the position of a member of the Company's Management Board of the current term of office, that he was resigning from his position as President of the Company's Management Board, with effect from May 1st 2017.
The resignation was submitted to the Company's Supervisory Board through its Chairperson. After May 1st 2017, Mr Kierzek will continue as a member of the Company's Management Board of the current term of office.
Mr Kierzek has been President of the Company's Management Board since June 2010. Previously, from 2001, he served as Vice President of the Company's Management Board.
The Company's Management Board also reports that it was notified by the Chairperson of the Company's Supervisory Board of their intention to convene a Supervisory Board meeting in order to appoint a new President of the Company's Management Board, and to propose to the Supervisory Board Maciej Oleksowicz, a member of the Company's Management Board, as a candidate for the position.
The resignation was submitted to the Company's Supervisory Board through its Chairperson. After May 1st 2017, Mr Kierzek will continue as a member of the Company's Management Board of the current term of office.
