Text of the report:

The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (“Company”) announces that on May 19th 2016 the Company received a statement from Mr Witold Kmieciak, Member of the Company's Management Board, that he was resigning from his position as Member of the Company's Management Board, with effect from July 1st.

 

The resignation was tendered to the Company's Supervisory Board, which has today resolved that the Management Board will consist of four members.

 

At the Company, Mr Witold Kmieciak was responsible for the commercial vehicle market. As the main reason for his resignation, Mr Witold Kmieciak cited having reached the retirement age, but also the completion of projects related to the Company's growth in the segment of spare parts to commercial vehicles and to the operational restructuring of Feber Sp. z o.o., the Company's subsidiary, whose core business is the manufacture of semi-trailers.

 

In the near future, Mr Witold Kmieciak will continue to serve as President of the Management Board of Q-Service Truck Sp. z o.o., the Company's subsidiary, whose business includes services for the independent market of commercial vehicle repairs.
