In fulfilment of its requirement under Par. 5.1.19 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz.U. of 2009, No. 33, item 259), Inter Cars S.A. announces that the Company’s Supervisory Board, by way of its Resolution of May 13th 2014, has appointed KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. Sp. komandytowa, with its registered office at ul. Chłodna 51, Warsaw, Poland, as the auditor of the Company’s financial statements for the financial year 2014. The Company had previously engaged KPMG Audyt sp. z o.o. sp. komandytowa to audit its financial statements. Furthermore, in the same Resolution, the Supervisory Board obliged the Management Board to execute a relevant agreement between the parties for the period necessary to perform the audit.
