Text of the report
In performance of the obligation stipulated in Par. 103.2 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz. U. of 2009 No. 33, item 259), the Management  Board of Inter Cars S.A. hereby publishes the changed release date for the consolidated and non-consolidated annual reports for 2009, originally planned to be published on April 30th 2010, as specified in Current Report No. 2/2010 of January 14th 2010. The new release date for the consolidated and non-consolidated annual reports for 2009 is April 22nd 2010.

Art. 56.1.2 of the Public Ofering Act in conjunction with Par. 103.2 of the Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz. U. of 2009 No. 33, item 259).
