The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on April 26th 2018 the Company received a statement from Robert Kierzek, Vice President of the Company’s Management Board, to the effect that he would not seek reappointment to the Company’s Management Board for a new term. The resignation is due to personal reasons.
The statement was submitted to the Company’s Supervisory Board through its Chairperson.
The current term of the Company’s Management Board will expire on the day of the Annual General Meeting which approves the Company’s financial statements for the financial year 2017. The General Meeting has been convened by the Management Board for June 21st 2018.
Robert Kierzek graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Cracow University of Technology. He has worked for the Company since its inception. In 1992, he was employed at Inter Cars s.c., initially as a salesman, and then as head of procurement and sales director. He was appointed Vice President of the Company’s Management Board in 2001 and President of the Management Board in June 2010. Since May 1st 2017, he has again served as Vice President of the Management Board. He has also sat on the management boards of the Company’s subsidiaries Q-Service Sp. z o.o. (since 2002) and Q-Service Truck Sp. z o.o. (since 2014).
