"Garages are our strength. We want to build our future with you" - said Robert Kierzek, President of the Board of Inter Cars S.A. , during the Garage Masters' Gala in Mikolajki. Meetings and discussion panels were held, winners were given rewards, stars of Polish stage gave performances.
During the conference opening the Garage Master's Gala, President Robert Kierzek commented on the future of automotive aftermarket with optimism, indicating that favourable development depends on playing as one team and speaking as one. The company is committed to building communities focused around Inter Cars brand. Garages gathered around the brand shall receive comprehensive assistance in many areas of activity, as well as quick access to funds, favourable systems of hire purchase or lease for purchasing substitute cars. The investment support programs of Inter Cars are used by 4.2 thousand independent garages. Another activity of Inter Cars is establishment of Automotive Employers Organization MOVEO. The idea of the project is operating in two aspects: road safety and economic security of companies operating on the market of repair services. The intention is to gather as many representatives from the automotive industry as possible, in particular garages.
Discussion panels were very much interesting for Gala participants. Bio Service programme was presented, within which garages shall receive help in waste management. There were also presentations of Truck Department, Isuzu, IC reception project (which will help owners in managing their garages, using a PC and mobile devices). Suppliers of Inter Cars organised product booths, willingly visited by participants of the Gala. Inter Cars believes that in the coming decade, the standard equipment of independent garages and quality of service will be similar to the quality of the services offered by OE garages. This objective is to be achieved, among others, by quality standardisation, uniform brand image strategy and common development projects.
Rewards
Evenings were given glare by performances of great Maryla Rodowicz, jazz bank WE4, and during the Gala guests could see Jakub Jonkisz, Andrzej Piaseczny and cabarets: "Formacja Chatelet" and "Paranienormalni". Gala evening was led by Patricia Kazadi and Radoslaw Grześkowiak. Of course the Gala is first and foremost the award ceremony of the Great Race competition. In the category of Truck Market Garage, Garage with Shop and Transport Company (in a nutshell: Truck Market), the winners were:

In the competition for the Truck Market, called "Castrol ME Enduron", the winner was Zakład Transportowo-Usługowo-Handlowy Albor Bolesław Rafałko, reward: fuel vouchers worth PLN 3,000.
