The Council of Ministers adopted a regulation, under which Warmian-Mazurian Special Economic Zone will be extended by approximately 30 ha under three new investments. These will include a new logistics centre of Inter Cars SA in Zakroczym.

Polish investments in Special Economic Zone - new investments will create new jobs. This argument was mostly quoted by supporters of broadening the Warmian-Mazurian Special Economic Zone. For the place in region with tax relaxations fought, among others, the ILS company of Inter Cars Group. Next to them, in broaden area there will also be a place for the milk processors - Mlekpol and Polmlek.

ILS intends to build in Zakroczym, near the airport Warszawa-Modlin, a modern European logistics centre. According to initial forecasts it will employ up to 200 people and will cost about PLN 150 million. The centre will be used by Inter Cars Group to expand activities on foreign markets. It will also give a chance for negotiations with major contractors. Inter alia, American Amazon is interested in the investment of Inter Cars.
