This year's Inter Cars Garage Masters' Gala - the finale of the Great Race has proved to be successful in a number of ways and everyone who came on the 13 - 15 June to Golebiewski Hotel in Mikolajki, should not regret that.
The Visitors praised both, attractions prepared as well as the substantive issues concerning the market of garage services.
We want to build our future with you
This is how the idea of Friday meeting can be summarised in one sentence. The meeting with President of the Board of Directors of Inter Cars SA, Robert Kierzek. The meeting was illustrated with a dynamic multimedia presentation, which showed both, the beginning of the company, as well as its future based on close cooperation with customers. The part presenting the past showed mainly the foundation of Inter Cars SA.
- Our company, like a tree, needs a solid roots for development - said Robert Kierzek during a presentation. - Those roots are you, our customers. Without you we would not be where we are at the moment, i.e. a leader not only on Polish market, but also European.
He also spoke about the future of the market with optimism, indicating that further development is possible only when we all work together and speak as one.
- The future delivers a number of challenges ahead of us, but with joint effort we are able to meet them. Inter Cars SA approaches difficulties not like inhibitors of development, but like stimulus. - summarized R. Kierzek. - The position of our company is a result of looking for solutions to the problems facing our customers.
Hungry of knowledge
Confirmation of the idea submitted during the meeting with the president of Inter Cars SA were presentations and discussion panels. For a large number of participants, who expressed their concerns about stricter environmental standards, Bio Service project has proved to be an interesting program. This is an original way of helping garages in waste management, delivering containers for their collection, completing the waste reception card and reports, as well as possibility of obtaining reimbursement for recycling (in the form of IC Premia Plus points).
Besides Bio Service meetings there were presentations of Truck Department, Isuzu, IC reception project (which will help owners in managing their garages, using a PC and mobile devices) and the new automotive employers' organizations MOVEO. The last one, with support from Inter Cars SA is to take care of interests of garage owners, and the idea is to operate in two aspects: road safety and economic security of companies operating in the garage services market.
Deserved fun
After hard work and serious topics discussed at meetings, the guests of Gala were pleased to participate in prepared attractions. The star performance was Maryla Rodowicz. Solemn atmosphere of the Garage Masters' Gala was stressed by the exquisite dinner and performances of stars. Patricia Kazadi, together with Radosław Grześkowiak led the evening in great atmosphere. Among the attractions there were cabaret performances of Chatelet and Paranienormalni formations. All was finished with music performance of Andrzej Piaseczny.
Great Rewards
The Gala is first and foremost the award ceremony of the Great Race competition. In the category: Truck Market - the winner was Tircars company - Mariusz Chorąży i Wspólnicy Sp. J., Zalesie. Reward: purchase vouchers worth PLN 50,000

In category Master Mechanic Trucks the winner was Partner Sp. z o. o., Nowy Sacz, reward: purchase vouchers worth PLN 5,000 and PLN 2,000. Second place: Puh Truck-Serwis Piotr Masztalerz, Podgrzewie, reward: purchase vouchers worth PLN 4,000 and PLN 1,600 Third place - Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej Sp. z o. o., Kamienna Góra, reward: purchase vouchers worth PLN 3,000 and PLN 1,200.
There was also Garage Masters' Lottery. Among participants of the meeting there was a lottery of awards, including the main one - purchase vouchers worth PLN 100,000, which went to Sosnowiec.

What will be in 10 years?
Management of Inter Cars believes that in the coming decade, the standard equipment of independent garages and quality of service will be similar to the quality of the services offered by OE garages. IC intends to realize this, among other things, by its overall quality standardisation and uniform brand image strategy, using both the leading position of seller on the Internet, as well as common development projects.
The representatives of the company claim that a huge role in building competitive advantage of garages will be provided by sales over the Internet, giving drivers a sense of participation in proper repair of their vehicles. Now thanks to special projects, including Motointegrator system, Inter Cars redirects 15 thousand customers per month to repair garages. And year by year there will be more of them.
