Year 2013 in numbers

Looking at the size, Inter Cars is among top distributors of automotive spare parts: 5th place in Europe (the first in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe) and 10th in the world. Consolidated revenues of the Company in 2013 amounted to PLN 3.5 billion, share of foreign subsidiaries in sales revenues reached PLN 1.16 billion. To increase return on invested capital, Inter Cars systematically raises quality of service and builds a consolidated purchasing power within the group and with external partners. Also product range and One Stop Shop services are developed, what translates into real effects, as sellers in Inter Cars branches answer around 30 thousand phone calls from customers daily.

Inter Cars company is listed on Polish stock exchange, where in May last year it recorded an all-time-high of share price for over 5 years. Several months later, in October, these results were exceeded again. At the end of 2013 more than 120 experts- interviewed by TNS Poland for "Puls Biznesu" magazine - granted the company a title of Stock Exchange Company 2013.

Inter Cars company is also highly active on-line. Nearly 60 specialized web pages - where each is prepared for other groups of clients - each month are visited by 2 million users, and tens of thousands of automotive fans regularly use the corporate profiles in social media. 291 branches in the country and abroad are a great infrastructure for logistics services for selling goods on-line, therefore, investment in e-commerce market will further increase the product range of Inter Cars.

The nearest plans

On 3 June this year, by decision of the Council of Ministers, the Warmian-Mazurian Special Economic Zone has been extended to the area belonging to Inter Cars parcels in Zakroczym. At a conference summarizing the previous year, it has been announced that in this location the company shall realize its most important investment - Logistics and Expansion Centre, which is to increase efficiency not only for Inter Cars, but also for external companies, in the country and abroad.
