Vacation is not the time to rest for branch owners in Inter Cars SA. In July and August a few new branches were launched.
In July two branches located nearby Warsaw were opened - in Stare Babice and Radom. In August - branches in Koło, Kołobrzeg and Swarzędz were launched. Also this month a branch in Zielona Góra shall be opened. All new offices meet the new standards. They have a clearly marked service path, cash registers and goods collection points. The warehouses operate using radio terminals. Keeping our customers in mind, in most of them there is a call centre, and in front of the buildings there is a spacious parking space.
A branch in Babice Stare
The size of the warehouse and implemented innovative solutions make the branch so-called "model branch". Branch in Blizne Łaszyńskiego is the largest branch of Inter Cars in Warsaw and one of the largest in Poland. It has a three-storey warehouse with area of 1000 m2, and sales area and offices reach 500 m2. The building has disabled facilities. There is also a training room. A number of improvements were implemented in the branch which shall help customers navigate through it. There are, inter alia, clear markings of sales paths. Places of sale of parts for passenger cars, cash registers and collection of the goods were clearly marked. Emphasis should also be placed on the exhibition of available goods. Branch Manager works together with the sales team, thanks to this he can quickly and easily respond to customer needs.
Also much more efficient is now goods release from the warehouse, thanks to radio terminals. Using them all the goods are put on stock and collected for orders. All delivery routes are carried out by definition of transport routes, i.e. goods are delivered to customers five times a day at fixed times. By the end of 2014, a conveyor is to be launched in the warehouse, which shall additionally support the service. Goods are supplied to the branch 5 times a day, the first delivery is already at 7:15 in the morning. Accessibility of the branch shall additionally be improved by launching a call centre and a large car park in front of the building. Additionally, all delivery drivers supplying goods were equipped with credit card payment terminals.
Currently the branch serves only customers from passenger car market, but in the coming months there shall be also parts for heavy duty vehicles. A subsidiary was created in technology, which allows increase stock levels by 40% without the need of enlargement of a storage building.

Branch in Radom
Almost in the very centre of Radom, next to a mall and a housing development, is the location of a new branch of Inter Cars. The closeness and high availability of goods almost within reach of a hand, are its main strengths.
The new branch is located at 17 Miła street It was move there from 18 Kusocińskiego street The branch can boast with high storage warehouse, with area of 600 m2, spacious selling area, where you can buy spare parts for passenger cars. Also here is a new showroom of Inter Motors with all necessary accessories for motorcycle riders. Keeping customers in mind we have also built a parking for approximately 40 vehicles and a training room.

Branch in Koło
At the beginning of August a new branch in Koło started operating. Located in the heart of the city, at one of the main streets the branch is reachable without problems for customers from different parts of the city.
The branch in Koło is number 21 operating within the Łódź Group and as its director, Krzysztof Adamczyk emphasized - it was launched due to the growing local market requirements. High availability of spare parts and the speed of delivery are unreachable by local competition. The branch shall be selling spare parts for passenger cars, trucks and motorcycles.
The customers are awaited by a large car park in front of the building, and inside - a spacious sales room and clearly marked service paths. The branch can boast with warehouse with an area of 500 m², running on so-called full radio system. It is important, because when receiving and issuing goods there are no paper documents created.
Everything is realized in a modern way and makes the service process much faster. The branch realizes two delivery routes daily. Availability of parts can be easily checked by phone, thanks to the call centre service.

Branch in Kołobrzeg
Till now Inter Cars has not had a branch in this seaside town. It was changed at the beginning of August. The branch where one can buy spare parts for passenger cars and trucks is located at 8 Grzybowska Street The total area of the building is 400m2, what is a guarantee of availability of most popular spare parts. Deliveries to branches are realized using three routes, two outside the town and one local This means that needed references will be delivered the next day at the latest. A number of facilities makes customer service much more efficient: marked points for retailers: sales parts for passenger cars, trucks, Motointegrator, collection points of the goods, cash registers. Here you will find professional service and advising. Branch Office is open from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 18.00 and on Saturdays from 9.00 to 14:00. Especially for the customers there is a spacious parking area.

Branch in Swarzędz
In Swarzędz at the main road towards Gruszczyn, another branch of Inter Cars started operating. It is branch number 11 of the Poznań Group.
- " The branch was created because of development of Poznan Group, which wants to exploit the potential of this market" - says Przemysław Kasprzak, Branch Manager.
Especially for this purpose, a new building was constructed, which has a spacious warehouse with the area of 400 m², and sales room with area of 200 m² There are also office areas and conference room, in which there will be various meetings for clients of the subsidiary, as well as trainings. Keeping customers in mind we have also built a parking for approximately 12 vehicles.
A number of facilities were implemented in the branch, which are to improve speed of service, including the stock radio terminals. The goods are delivered to customers four times a day on three defined delivery routes. Call centre is operating at the branch - for those customers who want to ask about availability of goods before arrival to the subsidiary. The branch is selling spare parts for passenger cars, trucks and motorcycles.
