Net profit of Inter Cars in the third quarter of this year went up to PLN 67.5 million, from PLN 60.1 million a year before, and was practically in line with expectations of analysts, that were on the level of PLN 64.5 million.

Operating results went up to PLN 85.6 million from PLN 74.2 million. Analysts were expecting PLN 82.8 million of operating profit.

Income, on the other hand, went up to PLN 1.49 billion from PLN 1.26 billion a year before. Consensus assumed sales on the level of PLN 1.48bn.

After three quarters the net profit of the Group went up to PLN 181.5m from PLN 148.3m a year before, operating profit up to PLN 234m from PLN 189m, and revenue up to PLN 4.35bn from PLN 3.44bn a year before.

The Company continues its development abroad, explaining that those markets display a large potential of growth and a net profitability higher than the domestic market.

“The highest sales growth after three quarters of 2016, compared to the same period of 2015, was recorded by companies in the following countries: Slovenia (134%), Italy (73%), Hungary (65%), Bulgaria (56%) and Romania (46%)" - says the report.

“It should be noted that among companies the biggest impact on the Group’s revenues are Lithuania (26%) Croatia (37%), the Czech (23%) and Slovakia (23%).” -the report added.

Export sale grew by 35.5% compared to the same period of the year before.

The Company pays attention that, just like in the three quarters of 2015, the sales of the overseas distribution companies have been more dynamic than the export sales of Inter Cars S.A.

Sales revenue of the Company on domestic market constituted approx. PLN 58.7 percent of total revenue of the whole Group, whilst a year before it was 60.9 percent.
