The garage and automotive services search engine, known as Motointegrator.pl, is now available at mi.eu. The service has been enriched with a module containing customers’ opinion on garages and improved system of booking appointments.
The first version of Motointegrator search engine went on-line in 2012. Within just a few years from its premiere, there was a revolution in searching for services on the Internet. The new MI.EU service is a response to those changes. The customers are expecting a fully useful tool and want to spend as little time as possible on booking an appointment in a trusted garage. MI.EU is coming back to the original idea - it allows drivers finding a trusted garage in the surrounding area of their place of living or working. But it also contains new key elements for their convenience and credibility of the search engine. Together with an extensive base of garages and services available on-line described in details, we have created a convenient, transparent tool for the drivers.
Find the nearest garage
That is the slogan of MI.EU. Now the platform allows searching garages by their location and range of services, basing on two optional filters and also introduces two additional functionalities.

MI.EU search engine is easy in operating – the user enters a location that is interesting for him (name of town, street or a postcode) and is directed to the list of garages and a map, where the results are presented. Specification of the platform also allows searching garages by type of a service a driver is interested in. To make the process even easier, optional search filters were implemented (service range, make of a car, opening hours and list of other conveniences).
New functionalities of the service
Additional key feature for the user is possibility of issuing an opinion on the garage. The customer can summarize the whole of his visit in the garage as: good, satisfactory or bad. In the same scale the following other things are a subject to assessment: quality of customer service, timeliness, conformity with price estimate and cleanness and aesthetics. Every opinion can also have an optional comment. In the future the service will also have a rank functionality, positioning garages by the average rating of their customers. The more opinions a garage will have, the higher in the rank it shall be. MI.EU also guarantees the credibility of presented opinions - the system presents only real and verified opinions, added by real customers of garages.
The search engine is also testing a new tool – using MI.EU, the user can also book a visit via the Internet. Our consultants are dealing with contacting a chosen place for the repair, in order to book a particular time and date for the repair and confirm it with the customer on the phone or by e-mail.
- “In the past years we have tested numerous groups of drivers. For most of them the contact with a garage is a stressing experience. Reasons are various - starting from lack of knowledge about servicing a vehicle, ending with bad reputation of con-mechanics. We wanted our service to help the drivers on several levels. In the first place - there are descriptions of typical services, one must do regularly to one’s vehicle, in order to use it without any problems. In the second place - we are introducing a system of opinions on garages, and we want those opinions to be verified, and every negative opinion to be the beginning of mediation process between a garages and a dissatisfied customer. Thirdly - we are planning to increase involvement of our consultants in booking a visit. We are offering our customers advisory services and help in booking an appointment, as well as in choosing the right parts for repair. Customer coming to us, delivering us enough information on their vehicles, shall be delivered a price estimate for properly prepared offer of a service .” – explained Erwin Wilczyński.
The next step
MI.EU is now available in beta version, which means that we are running optimization tests regarding quality of the product. After adding full functionality to the search engine, we shall launch the process of ordering the platform. The first step shall be turning off the shop available at Motointegrator.pl in order to book the name of Motointegrator only for this range of services. The MI.EU platform is multilingual and shall be slowly introduced on all European markets where Inter Cars is present, and by this creating the most extensive European database of garages and services.
