Inter Cars has been awarded in the contest Employer Branding Stars. In the category of best digital activities the Master Mechanic programme has been rewarded.

Employer Branding Stars is a contest organized by Employer Branding Institute. Its aim is to define best activities regarding building employer’s image.

Companies realizing best campaigns took part in the competition (including those from recruitment marketing and internal communication areas). Jury composed of HR experts, internal communication experts, PR experts, media, employer branding, advertising, marketing and social media experts were judging the participants.

Rewards in 9 categories were granted: best employer branding campaign (budget above PLN 100k and budget below PLN 100k), best internal employer branding activities, best creative idea, best career site, best video, best recruitment materials, best use of social media best off-line activities and best digital activities.

In the last category, Inter Cars received a reward. Jury appreciated the Master Mechanic programme organized by the Company. The following factors were judged: innovativeness and originality of activities, adaptation to target group, integrity with employer’s offer and gained results.
