Inter Cars: November sales results and new term of office of the board

 

Several days before, the general meeting of shareholders modified the articles of association of Inter Cars SA., among other things, by lengthening the term of office of the board from 3 to 4 years.  At the same time, the current members of the management board were dismissed from the office and appointed for the new term of office till the end of 2018.  The president of Inter Cars became Robert Kierzek, and vice-president - Krzysztof Soszyński.  

 

The sales revenues of Inter Cars Group reached PLN 303.8 million and was 3.5 percent higher than in November 2013. Thanks to previous months, during which the increase was measured with a 

two-digit number, the total value of sales after 11 months of 2014 reached the level of PLN 3.123bn in comparison to 2.833bn in the same period a year ago.  The growth was of 10.2 percent.  

 

The only foreign company from Inter Cars Group which recorded a decrease in sales in comparison to November 2013 was IC Ukraine - by 7.9 percent - but in terms of amount of money it was just a decrease by PLN 0.9m. with no influence on the total result of the Group.  Detailed data can be found in below chart:
