The distributor summarized the year  2014 and presented its plans of Q-Service Truck garage chain.

 
The annual meeting was held with the leading slogan "Competence, Completion, Communication". The president of the board of Inter Cars - Robert Kierzekand Witold Kmieciak, the president of the board of Q-Service Truck, member of the board of Inter Cars SA. welcomed the Q-Service Truck garage owners. The representatives of the distributor summarized cooperation between truck garage chain Q-Service Truck and Inter Cars SA. A proof of good cooperation was a presentation of data which showed that truck offer in Inter Cars is getting wider, and this results in higher purchases realized by the garages.  The PKS from Leszno and Foltrans Service were both welcomed as the new members of the chain.  
 
During the meeting, Grzegorz Cyganek from Feber company, presented the plans of increasing cooperation with Q-service Truck chain regarding repair and maintenance services of semi-trailers. Witold Kmieciak, member of the board of Inter Cars and president of the board of Q-service Truck presented Truck Competence Centres, which shall be a support in choosing parts for commercial vehicles using the most modern software solutions. 
 
The topic of cooperation between ZF Competence Centre and the garage chain was also discussed. The centre is to be the source of information on transmissions.  The Isuzu specialists share their knowledge on EURO 6 engines.  Inter Cars product range will be adapted to local fleet of vehicles, and searching the right parts will be made much easier, thanks to software which contains a search-engine filtering parts by VIN number, IC Kataog On-line and electronic catalogues.  Inter Cars will also improve communication with the customers by increasing the level of telephone service and remote work. 
 
Another topic which was discussed at the meeting was the audit program which is to improve the image of servicing garages.  All the activities, being a part of support strategy for servicing garages, include management processes, realization of business aims, promotion of own activities, building relations with customers, using trade potential and marketing activities.  Thanks to this there will be standards of customer service, premises visual marking and process of realization of the whole order.  
 
After the official part, members of  the chain had a chance to discuss freely all previously discussed matters and problems.  The culmination of the evening was a comic performance by Nowaki Group and concert of Bala Band.  Later, DJ was playing for those who stayed till the morning light.
