Cooperation between key distributor of lubricants and a leading brand of oils is being moved onto another, higher level and is getting much tighter.
Inter Cars, the biggest distributor of automotive spare parts in Central and Easter Europe, and Castrol, world manufacturer of lubricants, can boast with long-standing cooperation based on partnership. Within optimization in the region, Castrol performed a reorganization of its distribution system, what shall positively influence customer care and availability of the products. Currently Castrol concentrates on cooperation with smaller number of large, authorized partners. As a result the Company wants to improve the customer care process and reach greater number of recipients in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
- Optimization of the distribution system means, that we shall have fewer, but bigger partners. We want to cooperate with them closely, creating a kind of „Castrol ecosystem”, which shall deliver tools and patterns of activity, provide trainings and access to full range of our product and services – emphasised Sławomir Radoń, Sales Director Central Eastern Europe Castrol.
Taking into consideration the way of operating of Inter Cars, tightening cooperation with Castrol was a natural and obvious consequence of activities taken by the oil company.
Inter Cars shall be promoting and recommending Castrol brand, which constitutes greater part of its product range. On the other hand Castrol shall be supporting Inter Cars with all the necessary tools, which it has many, as a market giant. An example of such cooperation is the contest Festive Gala 2016, a flagship project of Inter Cars this year. At the same time there are other project, contests and promotions which are organized by both companies and are in progress all the time.
