The new warehouse is a must and the SEZ won for the Company around PLN 30 million benefits.

After the land qualified to Warmian-Mazurian special economic zone (SEZ), trading with automotive spare parts Inter Cars wants to start construction of logistic centre in Zakroczym as soon as possible.

- We shall start nest month - announces Krzysztof Oleksowicz, main shareholder of the Company.

The investment shall cost PLN 155 million, of which PLN 120 million shall be spent in 2014 and 2015.

Peter Zamora, chief financial officer of Inter Cars, stipulates that financing of the investment has been secured already in 2013, and the purpose of the company is to develop and expand internationally.

-This investment shall allow us to handle a turnover of around PLN 6 billion without increasing the stock in one way or another is not possible. But this amount refers to an unspecified point in time, and ending the investment is quite remote as well. Given term is the end of 2016 - remarks Wojciech Debski, analyst from ING securities.

- Always a kind of estimate is done, but predicting the future is difficult. The investment shall be completed in a few years. We do not know how the market will look like then - added Marek Czachor from Erste Securitis Poland.

In 2013 this company listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange recorded PLN 3.5 billion revenue with PLN 147.8 million profit. The investment itself was postponed as the Company was waiting for the decision of government regarding SEZ.

- Tax credit shall be around PLN 30 million. It shall have a positive influence on the results for about 1 - 2 years after the logistic centre is launched. Currently, the decision does not matter - said Wojciech Debski.
