The logistics services provider rented over 3k sq.m. of extra storage area in Silesian Logistics Centre belonging to Capital Investment Office. In total, together with the storage are it has had before, it will now use 7.5k sq.m. of warehouse.
ILS Sp. z o.o., belonging to Inter Cars Group, the biggest automotive spare parts distributor in Middle and Eastern Europe, has been using the premises of Capital Investment Office since the year 2013. Now it has signed another agreement for additional 3,000 sq.m of storage space in Silesian Logistics Centre. The total area which the company shall be using now in this logistics park is 7.5 thousand square meters.
ILS offers comprehensive logistics services, such as warehousing and forwarding of goods. Warehousing services include: storage, break bulk and order picking. The company also offers national and international transport and freight forwarding.
"We are always trying to adapt our offer to changeable needs of our customers. We are very pleased that a bigger storage space is needed by the tenant, as it is a confirmation for us that the customer is happy with our services" - emphasized Krzysztof Mucha, Business Development Manager of Capital Investment Office.
Silesian Logistics Centre is a set of buildings located in Sosnowiec, next to S1 express road between Warsaw and Cieszyn. The place is just 4 kilometres away from crossing of the S1 express road and the A4 highway. Finally the Silesian Logistics Centre shall be composed of 6 buildings with total area of around 65 thousand square meters, whereas already used are currently around 35k sq.m. „In Silesian Logistics Centre we are currently offering a free building with 900 sq.m.” - added Krzysztof Mucha.
Capital Investment Office currently manages three logistics centres: CL Kraków I, CL Kraków II and Silesian Logistics Centre. At these three premises the lessees are using in total around 55 thousand square meters of storage area. The company also have two shopping malls, one in Puławy and one in Bielsko-Biała.
