At the end of December 2016 a contract on building a new, fourth hall for the ILS European Logistics and Development Centre was signed - currently there are three halls. The biggest will be the main hall with the floor space of 30K square metres. The construction company - Awbud - is a specialized construction industry group operating in such areas as commercial and general construction, realization of industrial buildings, revitalization, ecology and energy areas, installation works and reinforced concrete construction realization.

As a result of this investment there will be a new hall with the area of 4,553 square metres. In its southern wall there will be 6 gates, of which 5 will be a dock type. Moreover there will be connectors built between already existing halls, and one additional, connecting the new hall with the other buildings. It is also planned to cover with a roof the one-thousand-metre area which is being created as a result of building the new hall, which shall be used as a shelter. Also the roads shall be developed, connecting new buildings inside the centre. The project also includes modernization of two already existing, smaller halls, which include fitting lighting installation and fire protection systems.

The construction of the new hall is to be finished by 31 August 2017, and the total cost is to be PLN 13.9m. Besides signing the contract for development of the ILS centre, December also brought final approval protocols for the part of the centre which was built by Goldbeck company, and Beumer company, supplier of conveyor and sorter systems.
