Yesterday, in School Complex there was a solemn inauguration of Regional Training Centre.  The school joined the "Young HR" programme.

The programme is organized by Inter Cars S.A. Its aim is to give support for education of automotive school students by delivering them the most modern equipment. This way young people can learn on equipment, which is used in professional repair garages.

The school complex in Jedlicz is number 14 in the programme.  - The school shall receive garage equipment worth PLN 100k and pa training package for pupils and teachers worth PLN 30,000 - informs Grzegorz Putkiewicz from Inter Cars.

"Young HR" is a project which join two worlds: education (schools and vocational training schools) and business (manufacturers and suppliers of spare parts and garage equipment).   - The main aim is to broaden automotive knowledge among the youth and make it much easier for them to enter their work life - explains Putkiewicz.  This is all realized by trainings, trainer programmes and practical trainings and internships.

Participation is realized in the form of extra classes, which allow students gain knowledge about modern motorization, confirmed with tests and a certificate.

The program has been realized for several years now.  Eventually (till the end of 2016) it is going to include 25 schools.  The initiators want to be in contact (e.g. using social media) with the graduates of schools that participated in the programme.  - This way we shall be able to monitor if they stay in the industry and stay in contact with the knowledge they gained in the programme. This will make it possible to check the effectiveness of the program in the future - adds Putkiewicz.
