ILS European Logistics Centre is created by Inter Cars Group in the area of Warmian-Mazurian Special Economic Zone, which last year was developed by Zakroczym sub-zone.

Building works are being carried on and the whole investment is to be finished in the summer next year.  It is located 3 km away from Warsaw-Modlin airport and 5 km from the S7 express road.   The centre shall be composed of three warehouse halls with total storage area of 40k sq.m.

The heart of ILS logistics is to be a technologically advanced system of sorters, adapted to the needs of automotive industry (heavy brake disks are being sorted differently than light bulbs).  Two sorters, cooperating with 11-kilometre long system of conveyors will make it possible to sort 30k SKUs and 2.5k packages per hour.
It will be the main warehouse in the logistics of the company.  The centre will be realizing receipt of goods from suppliers, order realization, order picking, breaking bulk and returns of goods, and cross-docking. It will also make it possible to offer 3PL services to other companies.

On 27 May 2015, at the ceremonial signing of an erection act of new ILS centre, deputy prime minister and minister for the economy Janusz Piechociński visited the construction.  On this occasion, he said that Polish motorization, understood as manufacture and assembly of vehicles, accessories, parts and sub-assemblies delivers PLN 18.5bn of country's export and PLN 6.5bn surplus in export.  Last year Polish export grew by 5.2%.

The automotive sector is 26% of investment in economic zones, though trade and logistics were not much welcome till not long ago.  Deputy prime minister declared that in 2020 we will be assembling at least 105m cars in Poland, and export of spare parts, accessories and sub-assemblies will be doubled.
