Inter Cars S.A. is the biggest automotive spare parts distributor for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and trucks in Central and Eastern Europe. The Company is 5th in Europe and 10th world-wide. It is worth noticing that only companies from Germany and the United States are bigger, that is the biggest automotive markets in the world. Today the distribution chain of Inter Cars consists of 215 branches in Poland and 206 foreign branches. The Company is present in such countries as: Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Inter Cars is a business to business company. Main customers of the Company are car garages, automotive shops and transport companies. Inter Cars product range contains the biggest number of spare parts in Poland and Eastern Europe. It consists of top quality goods from well-known and renowned suppliers of parts for the first assembly and production lines, as well as cheaper goods of good quality, which come from less known manufacturers. The Company's portfolio also includes garage equipment, in particular devices for service and repairs of cars.
Besides spare parts distribution, which is the core business of the Company, Inter Cars SA is also a distributor of spare parts and accessories for other motorcycle brands, under Inter Motors brand name. Inter Cars SA is also the owner of two manufacturing plants: Lauber Sp. z o.o. dealing in automotive spare parts remanufacturing, and also Feber Sp. z o.o manufacturing trailers and semi-trailers. The Company also owns nationwide chains of repair garages: Q-Service, Q-Service Premium, Perfect Service, Q-Service Truck and Q-Service Moto. All together the chains associate about 1,000 garages. Garages associated in the chains cooperate strongly with Inter Cars, rendering top quality services. Motointegrator platform is also a part of the Company. It is an intuitive search engine for finding automotive repair garages and services in one’s neighbourhood. Motointegrator catalogue of repair garages contains 5,000 best points all over the country, so that every driver can easily find a competent mechanic near their work or place of living.
Inter Cars operates in the concept called "One-Stop-Shop", that is everything in one place. The main assumption is providing comprehensive services and full business support for Customers. It faces all the needs that an operating repair garage might have. Besides the widest product range, the Company also offers trainings, investment financing, legal support, dangerous waste management, the most modern devices, tools and garage software. Each problem a garage has to face in its daily work has a solution in Inter Cars product range.
As the Company has a very wide range of activities and launches numerous initiatives, currently it is undergoing intensive work on unifying its visual communication. The new logo has been designed, colouring of the brand and comprehensive visual language. The new symbol pictures the new narration of the brand expressed in the slogan: “Driving higher standards”. High standards are not just our slogan, but also the way we operate. Inter Cars is working to improve quality of customer service and redefine the standards of branch image. The Company is currently implementing a programme of visual standardization of branches. It will last for some years, but is aimed to build brand image and recognition on the market.
