Relationship between the independent garage and a powerful distributor of automotive spare parts, due to the differences between economic potential of both parties, may seem similar to contact of an individual applicant with a huge bureaucratic machine. These are, however, only appearances, because in fact all the success in competitive rivalry of main suppliers have their source within mutually successful retail transactions. Therefore, even for relatively minor benefits of individual market players, the leaders of the market do not hesitate to make huge investments. Comments and opinions of representatives of distribution companies give evidence of the above.

Garages located in all Polish towns and cities order and receive goods distributed by our company. Their realization is made easier by properly developed structure of our distribution chain, in which individual branches are connected by regular delivery routes. Stocks of delivered goods are kept in our central and regional warehouses, as well as in branches. Customer orders a particular part from our product range, and our system checks where it is currently available and where it can be delivered from in the shortest possible time.
Because of possibility of various configurations of sending and receiving locations, lead time is different, although in specific cases, even in the most extreme cases, the need of transporting from one end of Poland to the second, it does not exceed 48 hours.
The time appears to be long, but remember, the situation is rather exceptional. A typical delivery can be analysed the easiest on a specific example of order made on-line before 17:45 by the garage located in Szczecin. Fast location systems of the product allow almost immediate communication with relevant warehouse and take goods from the rack.
Thanks to this, a part available in our logistic centre in Czosnów can go by regular transport at 19:00. At midnight a car that realizes this delivery reaches regional warehouse in Komorniki. There, 45 minutes is enough to reload the goods and dispatch to the branch in Szczecin, where it should be approximately at 4:00. This way, the client opening his garage at 9:00, or even earlier, can expect a delivery.
This course of action is realized for regular, standard products in terms of quantity of ordered components and their weight and size. Not typical goods require specific delivery time, which depends mainly on individual arrangements with the customer.
In case of not standard deliveries, there might be, but it is not a rule, some additional charges to be born by the customer, but usually all shipping costs are covered by Inter Cars SA.
Of course there are some returns of goods, which for some reason the customer does not need. If they are executed immediately after the delivery, the garage does not bear any charges, but when returning clearly late, charges apply for late return.
