The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. hereby reports that today, that is on June 10th 2010, by virtue of its Resolution No. 18 the Annual General Shareholders Meeting appointed Mr Piotr Płoszajski to the Supervisory Board as its new member.
The information concerning the newly appointed Supervisory Board member whose disclosure is required under the applicable laws and regulations, concerning the new member’s education, qualifications, professional career, positions held outside the Company, participation in partnerships, and membership in governing bodies of companies, has been presented in Current Report No. 18/2010 of May 26th 2010.
