According to § 5 section 1 point 22 of Finance Minister Regulation date 19.10.2005 about current and periodic information Inter Cars S.A. informs that on the 11th May 2006 Board of Supervisors, according to § 14 section 2 point 4 of charter appointed IV term Board of Directors. The resolution comes into effect the day after General Meeting of the company in the year 2005.
To the Board of Inter Cars S.A. company the present members were appointed:
- Mr Krzysztof Oleksowicz - Chairman of the Board
- Mr Robert Kierzek - Vice Chairman of the Board
- Mr Krzysztof Soszyński - Member of the Board
- Mr Wojciech Milewski - Member of the Board
- Mr Radosław Celiński - Member of the Board
