The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. (the “Company”) announces that today, as a result of the military action launched by the Russian Federation against Ukraine, Inter Cars Ukraine of Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has suspended its operations. The Company’s Management Board is monitoring the situation in Ukraine on an ongoing basis and, to the extent possible, remains in contact with Inter Cars Ukraine personnel. Inter Cars Ukraine’s 2021 revenue was approximately PLN 580.2m, representing approximately 4.82% of the Company’s consolidated revenue in 2021.
At present, it is not possible to fully assess the effect of current developments on the Inter Cars Group’s financial performance.
