The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. hereby reports that today the Supervisory Board adopted resolutions concerning changes in the Management Board of the Company. By virtue of Resolution No. 11/2010 the Supervisory Board removed Mr Krzysztof Oleksowicz from the position of President of the Management Board and as of June 16th 2010 entrusted him with the function of a Management Board Member. By virtue of Resolution No. 12/2010, the Supervisory Board made a change at the position of the President of the Company’s Management Board by appointing Mr Robert Kierzek, previously Vice-President, to the position of the President, and concurrently removing him from the position of Vice-President.
Consequently, following these decisions by the Supervisory Board, the composition of the Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. is now as follows:
- Mr Robert Kierzek – President of the Management Board,
- Mr Krzysztof Soszyński – Vice-President of the Management Board,
- Mr Krzysztof Oleksowicz – Member of the Management Board,
- Mr Wojciech Milewski - Member of the Management Board,
- Mr Piotr Kraska - Member of the Management Board.
The information on the Management Board members whose disclosure is required under the applicable laws and regulations, concerning the members’ education, qualifications, professional career, activity outside the Issuer’s business, participation in partnerships, and membership in governing bodies of companies, as well as information on the members obtained from the Register of Insolvent Debtors has been presented in the Issuer’s Prospectus.
Par. 5.1 items 21 and 22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz. U. No. 33 of 2009, item 259).
