The Management Board of Inter Cars S.A. of Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that on June 12th 2019 the Company received a notice from its shareholder Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny of Warsaw, represented by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., nominating Radosław Kudła as a candidate to the Company’s Supervisory Board. The candidate was proposed in connection with the Annual General Meeting convened for June 17th 2019, as announced by the Company in Current Report No. 10/2019 of May 20th 2019.
