Witold Kmieciak shall not be holding the post of Member of the Management Board of Inter Cars starting from 1 July 2016.
Witold Kmieciak was responsible for commercial vehicles market. "The reason is simple, I turned 66 and starting from 1 July 2016 I retire. At the same time I will still be cooperating with Inter Cars, but on a much smaller scale" - said Witold Kmieciak
The reason for resignation is also end of activities aimed at development of the Company in segment of spare parts for commercial vehicles and restructuring operations of Feber Company, daughter of Inter Cars, which main activity is manufacturing semi-trailers.
For the nearest future Witold Kmieciak shall still be holding the post of President of the Board of Q-Service Truck, Daughter Company of Inter Cars, which runs activity regarding services for the independent aftermarket for commercial vehicles.
